I have been a loyal customer (VIP Elite the highest membership) for over 7+ years. I have noticed that their benefits started deteriorating with time and VIP team started shrinking. I have decided to delete my account today after a continuous loss streak ($1500 in 1 day with max win on the spin being $200). I have contacted Christina from the VIP team to delete my account (she offered me $300 once I said i lost 1500, of which i declined to receive given the overall ratio is non comparative (lost over 10,000+ in 1 year) and i asked her to go ahead with the official process to delete the account, it amazes me that once i approved to go ahead I was kicked out on the account on spot without even a second thought or a respectful goodbye. Shows you how much they care about their “VIP Customers (cashcows)”. Please note that I have spent over $50,000 in total, if your looking for people who care go elsewhere.

They’re thieves! They literally took all my withdrawals and then blamed me after for it. DO NOT use this site. I have never gambled online and this was my first and last time because they literally robbed me and then did their “investigation” once I noticed and then still wouldn’t even offer me a settlement. They took $20000 from me. When I asked for a detailed report on the investigation they couldn’t and refused to give it to me so I could go to the police. This is a SCAM. do not trust them.

They will totally scam you on the exchange rate if you play in dollars. They take about 5% when they buy from them and then take another 5 % when you sell to them so all in all a rip off. I like to see them defend this policy on this forum. Ha ha. No chance I barred myself and will bad mouth them at the next big poker tournament they run in Vegas.

Almost impossible to win on this site. tried this site a few times on a 50p stake. the chance of winning 50p on a 50p bet seems about 1 in 20 (winning over your bet is almost a 0 percent chance my estimate is about 2%), this is highly suspicious when it has the same games as many other casinos that have much better pay percentage

How the hell am I supposed to know I’m not opted in if it says quite clearly that I am. What a load of rubbish. DO NOT USE THIS APP! You are only able to withdraw off free spins or by card in which you have to verify yourself. BUT if you have ever deposited by phone bill and have not got phone verification access you will not get your money. they want you to send even more documentation which most people wont have. so all money i have put in i cannot get back. this app is a SCAM! i would avoid this like the plague!
