I know gambling its a risk, but this casino dont even let you have some fun, i spend $1,500 and i didn’t had the chance to have some of it back, please don’t waste your time and money. If i have read this comments before i wouldn’t spend all that money in this casino

Worst Casino I ever played on win/loss balance is outrageous wished I checked the reviews before I started depositing money with them , never hand a worse experience with any online casino , STAY AWAY if you value your hard earned money , yes there are risks and I took many on loads of other casinos but this one ain’t paying **** had at least broke even everywhere else here no chance definitely won’t recomend and definitely won’t return what a joke

I have been gambling at this casino for over a year now lost alot of money but it used to let me win sometimes, now with their new software or different tables there is no chance to win just now played 3 hands on the 1st hand it was 11 and after a hit it became 21 on the 2nd hand 4 and an ace hit it boom 6 and 2nd 21 on the 3rd hand 4 and an ace again hit 5 and became 20 , dealer was showing a jack turns the card and its a fkn ace under i had 21,21,20 and lost all 3 hands this gets me angry if how the hell when out of the blue u have a decent hand dealer pulls out blackjack? I think im done with this site i cant take the loss anymore and would recommend not to join any online gambling websites specifically this casino.

Definitely the worst win/loss ratio of any online slots I’ve ever played…even the same games that are on other sites pay out less on this site…I’d like to break even at this point…I know it’s how they make their money but the level of loss with this casio is beyond a joke

I won big on screen shows my balance £1037 then on the gambling history it shows £665 like my money just gone missing, then they say you have to prove it and even when you do they don’t wanna refund everything you lost

Terrible company. Has anyone had to send screenshots of there PayPal account and copy’s of driving licence/passport to verify there account. It feels like a scam getting a copy of my PayPal transactions.

I am waiting on a large amount of money to be processed, contacted the helpline and used the customer query facility. With money at that amount you would expect a quick processing time… not happy. Definitely puts you off depositing on their site!It’s impossible to play 4000£ and get 0£ wins. The worst website ever! And after all they disable my account for no reason. This site is a scam. All the sign up bonuses are faulsly advertised. For example I put in £20 got £20 free. Great however the free £20 is just credits. If you win with it you can not take any of the money out. Its basiclly a bulls*** scam to make you put more in and they apparently match you. But they might aswell give you a piece of paper with £20 scribbled on cause its not functional. You can use it but nothing you win is withdrawable. So its basiclly just a shi*** free to play casino game at that point.

I withdrew $140.00 seven weeks ago and still have not received anything!! Talked to several customer service reps and they said there’s a “technical issue” What technical issue takes seven weeks to fix?!? Tech dept. is slow there no communication between departments, worst experience ever!! They won’t even offer me an alternative method of payout. Feels like I’ve been scammed. So disappointed!!

Won £95 on 30th November and have had to send pics of my driving licence to verify my account. Still no money paid out just stalling tactics, any review stating they are timely/easy to deal with must be suspect given what I have seen myself and now read online. I would not have signed up after reading every single review except the obviously false ones, I have used multiple other casinos and money is paid out within the same day at the latest this is a ploy to swell their bank balances and nothing more from what I can see. I have spoken to customer service twice they answered and twice they did not. The times they answered me I was asked to wait. What a joke. This is a common problem across multiple countries. I feel scammed and once I get my money will not be back ever again. Please avoid this company.

I have deposited over 1000 in the last couple of months, finally won 600 on friday, withdraw , on Monday they decided to ask me to verify my income (I’m on benefits but my a family member owes me a big amount of money that she pays me monthly so I use that) not that it should matter because 1. Its my money I can do what I want with it and 2.it wasnt questioned when I was depositing over 1000, only when I want a withdrawal. They keep telling me on chat itll be processed by end of day (each day since friday they said this) I have all screenshots and if it not payed out today I’m taking this further. either they verify me and pay me my winnings or they cant verify me and I’ll take it further to get my deposits back. As they cant have it both ways

Pretty certain this casino blackjack tables use bots to count cards hit then jump between tables to put odds in dealers favour. Very low win rate compared to other casinos to the point I am highly suspicious.

I was blocked my account for 4 5 years ago. And i just seen you can open your old account again. I just think that maybe i try that again. I wrote to customer service and they says ” we send your case to that department” and it has been 3 weeks right now 😂and i wrote Them 2 times more and nothing happens. From now doesn’t really matter if they can write back or not. And if they are like this about answering customers, what about payments? 🤔 i give one star because of customer service doesn’t wants to back from holiday.

Wow like why even bother?, I signed up and got 50 free spins thought cool I don’t have to deposit anything yet, just as well…. Why do people play here????? The withdrawal process is super slow compared to every other site and the bonuses are a total scam. The wheel deposit bonus you only benefit if you lose your money! Such a scam. Avoid, way better fair sites than here trust me!

Experienced the same thing as many other people are complaining about. They never pay out. I burned nearly 6k usd on this site and had a big win of 1k. Went to wire transfer it out. Took 4 days for confirmation on their site but at the bank no such transfer were made. Now I’m contact with their support and transaction team saying that they have to get confirmation from their processing centre. It’s been 2 months plus since we have this back and forth emails and nothing has come out of it. Don’t sign up for this site. Total SCAM!!

I have emailed, phoned and went and live chat and you are betting are still..Not giving me my money – I’m going to be taking it further now plus contacted bank for a chargeback too. I will get the site investigated as all the review are bad. Gambling companies should not be able to this. £5000 is a lot of money but not compared to how much their company is worth!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a zero i would. It takes a long time to get a bonus in any game and if u ask for a goodwill bonus no matter how much u deposit they say there is nothing available and to check your offers which include 10 free spins at the lowest spin when you deposit $50. Do not play on this site! They will ask for all of this unnecessary id information and most people can’t get most of the required IDs. They will spend more time trying to find things you did to break their tos than to give you your winnings.

Sometimes you get your withdrawal through, sometimes it disappears along the way. Upon questioning, the support will simply say that the money was returned to my account but I “gambled it away” since. There’s no use going to battle against them after such statements. It is best to simply choose another casino.

Worst experience ever, I have sent numerous emails to support chasing withdrawals and they do not even reply, the live chat is horrific, they take on average 8 mins to answer one question and blame technical issues! I have been promised my money tomorrow, I have asked them if they need any documents off me and they assured me no it’s all being processed, I will update tomorrow.
